SMS alerts. Sometimes delays are unavoidable. If we’re running 15 minutes behind, we’ll SMS alert you, so you can spend your time somewhere other than a waiting room.
No one likes to wait, and we know the value of your time. So we’re committed to attending to patients within ten minutes of appointment times.
Our unique ‘Delay Discount’ policy. If we don’t SMS you in advance and you wait more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, we’ll take 15% off the bill. Wait more than 20 minutes without advance SMS warning, 20% off your bill. Get the picture?
